What is the Past Life Regression?
QHHT or/and BQH are more than a Past Life Regression. It’s a unique four to five hour one off session, a unique journey of self discovery to support your personal growth. The trance state in this hypnosis is accessed through visualisation. Within the session an infinitely knowledgeable and powerful aspect of each individual can be contacted and communicated with. The Past Life Regression is also called Quantum Hypnosis or Spiritual Hypnosis. In this Hypnosis, your subconscious or your higher self makes you travel into an imaginary journey which will help you understand your current Life. What to expect from a session?
This unique session can last 3 to 5 hours, I adapt myself for your well-being. Please be aware that a session of 3 hours is as good as one which last more. A session is composed on three parts.
- First part: Through various questions, I get to know you better and understand your needs, to better guide you in the second part. A way also for you to pass information from your unconscious to the conscious, and already begin your inner journey. The awareness and the beginning of the reconnection with your self has then begun. An intention is then chosen so that the subconscious mind guides you in the direction you want. Be aware, however, that your subconscious mind knows better than anyone else what is important to you, so it is possible that you have completely different information.
- Second part:Quantum Hypnosis, I guide you to get in touch in a more pronounced way with your subconscious mind, also called the higher self, the most advanced part of yourself. We then follow, together, the path that it proposes to us and I guide you during this magnificent journey to meet yourself.
- Third part: Recap of the session to find out how things went for you.
The insights when brought to the surface release emotional triggers you may have been experiencing. People say they feel lighter, more expansive with clarity and obtain a clearer understanding of themselves. It also opens up one’s awareness of choices with more certainty.
